Silversmithing Day Class At Tresillian House, Melton Mowbray
This class will run 10am - 4pm on the selected dates below. Lunch is included
This course will teach you all the basic techniques of silversmithing. From sawing, filing, texturing with hammers and drill, soldering with a blow torch, and polishing and finishing. We accept multi levels on the course, so if you have done silversmithing before, either with us or someone else, feel free to come and expand your knowledge.
Course Terms and Conditions
Normally cancellation by a participant should be received 7 days prior to the booked date for a full refund to be offered - or alternative date booked. (n.b. 14 days notice is required if booked through Craft Courses.com).
In the event of a course/workshop being cancelled by Tresillian House due to illness of the course tutor or unexpected unavailability of the venue, then course fees would be refunded or an alternative date offered.
Tresillian House makes every endeavour not to cancel courses, but in the event of a course being undersubscribed cancellation may be unavoidable. In this case course fees would be refunded if an alternative date is not suitable for the participant.
Cancellation received from a participant 2 - 7 days prior to a course will be charged at 50% of the fee.
Cancellation/no show less than 2 days prior to a course will not receive a refund although rescheduling will be considered with an adjustment fee of £20 per person. If cancellation is due to medical reasons then the final decision is left with the course tutor and proof of indisposition may be required.
